What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years of experience in the Trust, Investment or financial services industry, Previous successful effective relationship management experience, Ability to provide more complex advice and guidance to customers adhering to all fiduciary standards, Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively within a team environment, knowledge of the finance industry and the local, state, national and global economy, Ability to listen attentively to customer’s needs to best deliver a comprehensive solution for the customer, Ability to communicate confidently with customers and prospects demonstrating poise while speaking, Exceptional verbal and written communication including presentations and recommendations, Understands and contributes to intended customer experience of helpful, easy and personal, Unrestricted work authorization

Nice to Have

MBA or Juris Doctor degree, Certifications or accreditations such as a CRPC, CFP, CPA, CFA, CWS, CTFA, CFM

What You'll Do.

Manage and administer trust relationships

Perform investment or market analysis

communicate and facilitate complex trust and estate planning matters

Exercise discretion in the best interests of beneficiaries

Execute terms of estate plans or documents

Manage financial risk for the organization

Ensure FNBO is meeting all fiduciary duties

Prepare documentation for transactions

Monitor account activity and daily transactions

Notify portfolio managers and relationship managers of cash requirements and future distribution needs

Receive and process requests for discretionary distributions

personal relationships with clients and beneficiaries

Anticipate and identify client needs

Coordinate internal and external partnerships

Address day-to-day client needs

Monitor service levels and fee revenue

Assess additional fees for extraordinary services

Collaborate with client's advisors

Work collaboratively and cohesively within a team environment; Coordinate with Advisor RMs where applicable; Collaborate with clients to articulate and achieve goals; Collaborate with the client's advisors, including attorneys and accountants
