What You'll Do.

Provide leadership and supervision for TRIO Programs within the Center for Multicultural Access and Success.

Facilitate short and long-range planning

and assessment that supports student success outcomes.

Responsible for TRIO grants administration.

Supervision of grant staff.

Ensure federal compliance mandates.

Manage student file compliance and reporting.

Budget oversight for federal TRIO grants awarded.

Represent the College’s commitment to TRIO programs and services.

Communicate and advocate programs/services available.

Manage the program by ensuring that the TRIO Programs meets all grant obligations.

Develop comprehensive assessment and student tracking tools for reporting outcomes.

Provide supervision and guidance for direct academic support services to Student Support Services and Educational Talent Search participants.

Supervise participants at activities

Foster a collegial collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

Document the progress of TRIO Programs in achieving its funded objectives by coordination and evaluation of the project.

Develop a knowledgeable and skilled TRIO staff by recruiting

and evaluating staff members.

Supervise the intake process to facilitate quality support services for diverse students.

Analyze and distribute usage and learning outcomes data.

Prepare regular reports (monthly and annually) related to programs
