This role is accountable for designing, implementing, and managing transformation initiatives that elevate service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure contractual performance standards are consistently met or exceeded. **Key Responsibilities** **Transformation & Change Management** * Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across the Kaiser Permanente account from initial assessment through implementation and sustainment * Develop comprehensive change management strategies that minimize disruption while maximizing adoption and impact * Partner with account leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement and service innovation * Design and implement transformation roadmaps aligned with Kaiser Permanente's strategic objectives and JLL's service commitments **Performance Management & Contract Delivery** * Collaborate closely with the account BI/Performance Manager to monitor, analyze, and drive improvement in all contractual KPIs and SLAs * Establish performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into transformation progress and service delivery metrics * Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans with clear ownership and timelines *
