What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field, Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management, brokerage operations, or related field, Proven track record managing complex lease transactions from initiation through execution, Understanding of commercial lease structures, market terms, and real estate financial analysis, Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with C-level executives, High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and process execution

Nice to Have

Experience with transaction management software platforms and CRM systems, Knowledge of corporate real estate portfolio management, Familiarity with lease administration and critical date tracking, Project management certification or training
