About the Role The Director of Trade Operations reports to the Vice President of Trade Relations and is responsible for supporting all trade operation activities. This function is critical to effective operations of the group and the achievement of sales and margin targets. Works closely with Market Access and Strategic Accounts, Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. The Director, Trade Operations, will provide the Vice President of Trade Relations with account-level analytics act as the point person with the buyers and customer service; drive effective operations with wholesaler stocking, identifying areas of opportunities and efficiencies; provide smooth logistics, positive customer experience and effective issue resolution Direct the management of systems and tools such as daily management and review of 867/852 data to ensure data integrity and adequate data flows between the compan
