What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-10 years HRIS, Global Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits experience, Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HRIS experience, Proven track record managing multi-country HR processes, Experience designing or running global annual compensation review cycle, Experience designing or running job architecture framework, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling a Shared Services function
What You'll Do.
Own global HRIS roadmap and governance
Ensure data integrity processes are setup
Build HR data reporting capabilities
and oversee end-to-end payroll operations
Produce accurate payroll cost reporting
Produce headcount analytics
Produce workforce cost modelling
Build and scale a Payroll Shared Services function
Own annual performance and salary review cycle
Design performance review methodology
Calibrate market data
Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders
Manage system module for reviews
and grow direct reporting team
Act as primary interface between HR and Finance
Ensure playbooks and processes are applied consistently
