Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 7-10+ years of progressive experience in insurance, strategic partnerships, third-party governance/management, leadership capabilities with proven ability to guide, develop, and enable high-performing teams, Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions, including executive level partners, communication, presentation and facilitation skills, relationship-building skills and collaborative working style, analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decisions, Knowledge of risk governance requirements and third-party oversight and performance management frameworks, Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed environment

Lead third-party management team

Ensure partners deliver high quality services

Drive operational excellence

Manage risk and strengthen partnerships

Resolve issues and close audit findings

Ensure third party controls are robust

Own end to end third party management workflows

Identify control gaps and drive remediation

Oversee third-party relationships

Design performance management framework

Define and maintain KPIs and dashboards

Manage third-party management priorities

Oversee third-party performance monitoring

Lead business reviews with partners

Oversee third-party audits

Mitigate operational risks

Oversee third-party fee payments

Act as senior escalation point

Provide actionable insights to leaders

How You'll Work.

Foster a culture of accountability across teams and partners; Partner with Risk, Legal, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Distribution; Collaborate across functions, including executive level partners; Work with internal partners to address root causes
