What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-5 years supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9. 2 in enterprise IT environment, Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9. 2 modules with expertise in production support methodologies, Experience with system monitoring and incident management, SQL skills and PSQuery experience for rapid troubleshooting and data analysis, understanding of financial close processes and month-end support requirements, Excellent communication and incident management capabilities, Proven ability to work under pressure during critical business periods
Nice to Have
PeopleSoft certifications in Financial Management, Experience with process automation tools and emerging technologies including GenAI applications for IT support, Background in predictive analytics and proactive monitoring solutions, Experience mentoring technical teams and leading cross-functional initiatives, JLL systems and process experience

Implement system configuration changes

Conduct first-level analysis of system slowdowns

Support PeopleSoft enhancement initiatives
Contribute to rollout of new modules
Analyze requirements for interfaces
Create and maintain documentation
Design and coordinate UAT programs
Develop test scenarios
Perform regression testing
Provide expert-level end-user support
Create training materials
Mentor junior team members
Serve as subject matter expert
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics
Serve as first-line technical responder
Optimize system performance
Utilize SQL for data analysis
Identify process improvement opportunities
Interface with Oracle support
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as primary technical liaison between IT and finance teams; Collaborate on strategic enhancement initiatives; Coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution; Escalate critical issues to appropriate technical teams; Collaborate with technical teams to analyze requirements; Provide functional expertise during requirements, design, and testing phases; Collaborate with Level 2+ teams on escalated incidents
