What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years in technical program management, engineering program management, or related roles, 5+ years managing distributed technical teams across multiple geographies, Deep expertise in platform operations, SRE practices, and high-availability systems, Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs, understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, release management, and change control processes, Experience with incident management, DRCP testing, and operational excellence frameworks, Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries, Background managing platform/infrastructure teams supporting 99. 99%+ SLA environments, Familiarity with Apex Clearing or brokerage platform operations, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification, Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or MBA, Experience leading teams across 5+ geographic locations with 12+ hour time zone differences, Track record building TPM functions from the ground up or through significant transformation, technical background with hands-on software engineering or infrastructure experience, Experience with vendor management and third-party integration programs
