Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own end-to-end execution orchestration across the solution lifecycle, including intake shaping, pilot validation, adoption readiness, and enterprise implementation handoff, ensuring smooth progression across stages. Define, enforce, and continuously improve scale-readiness standards, including quality gates, acceptance criteria, and operational guardrails to prevent post-launch instability. Manage sequencing, dependencies, and risk across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring execution discipline and early resolution of technical or operational blockers. Partner with engineering, product, and delivery teams to align on backlog readiness, testing strategy, environment setup, release planning, and cutover execution. Convert validated pilots into fully documented, implementation-ready packages that enable predictable scaling across the enterprise. Act as the final technical execution authority to arbitrate trade-offs in scope, feasibility, and sequencing decisions across stakeholders. Establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms from field adoption and performance signals to continuously refine execution frameworks and delivery playbooks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, with 8+ years of experience in complex technical delivery, platform implementation, or cross-functional technology programs. Strong background in enterprise-scale execution environments such as healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, insurance, or similarly complex regulated industries. Proven ability to drive structured execution through ambiguity, with strong skills in sequencing, dependency mapping, and decision-making under constraints. Solid technical fluency across digital workflows, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled systems, enabling effective challenge of assumptions and definition of readiness criteria.
