8+ years technical customer-facing role, 3+ years people management, Manage complex B2B relationships, Build organizational structure, Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Familiarity with OAuth, Familiarity with JSON, Familiarity with WebSockets, Familiarity with cloud platforms, Understand integration patterns, Diagnose technical issues, Provide actionable guidance, Working knowledge of cloud architecture, Working knowledge of data streaming, Working knowledge of middleware solutions, Review technical SOWs, Review integration specifications, Review implementation plans, Lead high-stakes partner conversations, De-escalate crises, Represent NinjaTrader at senior level, Manage multiple large accounts, Manage team operations
