What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years in Talent/People Operations, at least 4 years of experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (HR, Finance, etc.), Proven track record managing vendor portfolios and complex staffing ecosystems, Expert-level experience overseeing high-tier ATS platforms and HRIS integrations, including leading global, large-scale software implementations, quantitative skills with mastery of Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling (e. g. , VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly
