ASM is looking for a Talent Management Director reporting to the Global Head of Talent, Leadership financially and commercially literate at a senior level Excellent talent assessment skills with the ability to identify key areas of strength required for exceptional performance across different roles, levels, and contexts Skills Master's degree preferred Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) is a plus Assessment certifications such as Hogan, MBTI, Insights Discovery, or similar are a plus Personal Attributes Self-driven, innovative thinker with a natural curiosity for what's next in the talent landscape and the courage to challenge the status quo Mature, self-confident, and clear about own personal drivers, willing and able to self-reflect and learn Driven by a strong sense of ethics and integrity Discreet, with a reputation as a confidential and trusted advisor Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence Collaborative team player who thrives in a global, multicultural environment   Why join ASM?
