Ph.D. in I-O psychology, 10 years of experience building assessments, 5 years in applied setting, Demonstrated test construction, Experience writing items at scale, Experience with scale development, Experience with IRT modeling, Deep knowledge of EEOC regulations, Knowledge of Uniform Guidelines, Knowledge of SIOP principles, Experience conducting job analyses, Experience defending assessments, Statistical analysis experience using R, Statistical analysis experience using Python, Commitment to working on-site 3 days/week
