What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 12-15+ years of leadership experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, or related talent functions within a complex, global organization, Proven experience leading and developing teams through coaching and feedback, Demonstrated success partnering across HR and senior business leadership, data literacy and comfort leveraging analytics, technology, and digital tools to drive decisions, Deep understanding of inclusive hiring practices, talent mobility, and modern talent marketplace concepts

Prior enterprise ATS implementation/experience, Workday

This role is responsible for setting and executing the firm’s enterprise strategy for global talent acquisition and mobility, shaping how MFS attracts, develops, and moves talent across the organization. As a key strategic partner to HR and business leaders, the Director leads the creation of an integrated internal and external talent marketplace, advances inclusive and high-impact hiring practices, and strengthens leader and recruiter capability through coaching and development.
