Must Have
7-10 years full-cycle recruiting, 3+ years in healthcare or related, Led high-volume recruiting team, Recruited Community Health Workers, Managed recruiters, Scaled recruiting infrastructure, Used data to manage pipeline, Communicated with senior leaders, Written and optimized job postings
Nice to Have
Recruiting experience across 50 states, Familiarity with CHW certification, Experience with Workable ATS, Experience scaling startup recruiting, Managed CHW/clinical recruiter networks
