Must Have

8-10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, leadership experience overseeing high-volume and professional services recruitment, Experience leading experienced hiring functions, Experience leading and developing mid-sized Talent Acquisition teams, business acumen, ability to partner effectively with senior leadership teams, analytical and operational mindset, Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

understanding of talent acquisition within consulting, professional services, or similarly high-performance environments, Experience recruiting within both Canadian and US markets, including understanding differences in talent landscapes and recruitment strategies is an asset, Proven ability to build and scale recruitment strategies in fast-growing organizations, Demonstrated success hiring high-performing talent with a focus on quality, precision, and long-term fit, experience using recruitment data to drive decision-making and strategy
