What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership, essential 2nd-line management experience, history of guiding companies through rapid scale, demonstrated track record of diagnosing process inefficiencies, implementing tech to streamline hiring, Knowledge of ATS, sourcing, and outreach tools, Expert-level candidate assessment and selection skills, maintaining process consistency to hit quality of hire targets, Ability to extract actionable insights from data with tech, Fluency in English (C1+), Excellent stakeholder management experience, ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, smoothly navigate relationships
Nice to Have
Certification in a related field such as HCI, SHRM, CIPD, etc.
