What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting leadership experience, Experience leading and developing recruiting teams, Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners on workforce planning and hiring strategy, Experience with the Workday Talent Acquisition module, including recruiting workflows and reporting, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Nice to Have
Experience operating within or supporting an HR Center of Excellence model
