Read more: [careers.bms.com/working-with-us](https://careers.bms.com/working-with-us). **Key Responsibilities** ** _Tier 2/3 Trial Analytics Leadership_** * Accountable for oversight and delivery governance of Tier 2/3 trial analytics requests * Own staffing, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions for Tier 2/3 trial requests * Act as TAIP subject matter expert for the Tier 2/3 service model, ensuring clarity of scope, standards, and stakeholder alignment (within TAIP and with external stakeholders) * Lead implementation and continuous refinement of the Tier 2/3 service model ** _Hyderabad Line Management_** * Serve as formal line manager for Hyderabad-based Tier 1 Analysts and Senior Analysts * Lead development planning and provide performance input in close collaboration with TA Leads * Strengthen local engagement, team cohesion, and operational support within the Hyderabad analytics hub * Collaborate with TA Leads, who retain study-level oversight and day-to-day feedback responsibility for Tier 1 Analysts assigned to their trials **Qualifications & Experience** **Education:** * Preferred advanced
