What You'll Do.

driving and overseeing sync licensing activities within Canada

Develop and execute the regional sync strategy in alignment with global objectives

Team & Collaboration

lead and mentor the local team, tying into the Global Sync organization; foster relationships with stakeholders; work collaboratively with global sync teams to achieve revenue targets and create impactful sync moments for WMG artists; Work closely with global sync teams, A &R, marketing, legal, and finance departments to ensure seamless execution of sync deals and projects
