Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, finance or other related fields, 10+ years’ related work experience in supply chain in highly technical environment, 5+ years’ successful experience managing and developing a team, Previous experience sourcing and overseeing complex projects, including equipment, parts and services spanning across multiple commodities, Ability to communicate with all functions, at all levels, internally and externally, Ability to structure and negotiate complex contracts, Ability to develop sourcing strategies for projects or commodities, Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion, Organizational and project management skills, Customer service mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, Exceptional creative problem solving and critical thinking skills, Demonstrate integrity, respect, attention to detail, collaboration, creativity and agility, Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment, Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time, Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally for travel to construction sites and supplier, Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics, Compliance with U.
