Ability to travel approximately 10%, Position is based in our Denver, CO office, Safety-sensitive position, Drug and alcohol program participation is required

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of recent supply chain management experience, 5–10 years of direct people management experience, Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain, Expert-level knowledge in strategic sourcing, Expert-level knowledge in category management, Expert-level knowledge in complex contract drafting and negotiation, Experience directing data analysis, Experience implementing action plans based on data analyses, financial acumen, risk assessment skills

Nice to Have

Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management), Experience in a vertically integrated environment involving both hardware manufacturing and digital infrastructure, Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM, Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector, Prior experience supporting hyperscale data center builds

Manage end-to-end supply chain

Build and organize inventory management

Oversee operations planning

Optimize linkages across distributed facilities

Develop sourcing practices for specialized equipment

Develop sourcing practices for proprietary software

Support innovative partnerships

Implement departmental OKRs

Oversee deep-dive purchasing processes

Prioritize and accelerate deliveries

Establish execution plan for supply chain policies

Establish execution plan for procurement policies

Evaluate opportunity assessments

Implement regional sourcing strategies

Support development of ethical supplier networks

Manage strategic supplier relationships

Drive lean efforts to improve processes

Drive lean efforts to improve systems

Drive lean efforts to improve tools

Propose enhanced procurement processes

Manage and mentor team

Serve in player/coach capacity
