What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of recent supply chain management experience, 5–10 years of direct people management experience, Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain, Expert-level knowledge in strategic sourcing, Expert-level knowledge in category management, Expert-level knowledge in complex contract drafting and negotiation, Experience directing data analysis, Experience implementing action plans based on data analyses, financial acumen, risk assessment skills, Ability to travel approximately 10%
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management), Experience in a vertically integrated environment involving both hardware manufacturing and digital infrastructure, Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM, Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector, Prior experience supporting hyperscale data center builds
