MBA or CFA is a plus, Understanding of energy markets, Understanding of solar energy technologies, Understanding of project finance principles
What You'll Do.
Originate project finance transactions
Structure project finance transactions
Execute project finance transactions
Manage internal team members
Manage external advisors
Manage transaction counsel
Negotiate transaction documentation
Own the financing model
Create internal approval documentation
Evaluate transaction risks
Coordinate response to due diligence
Respond to investor inquiries
Cultivate relationships with investors
Maintain relationships with lenders
Cultivate relationships with financial partners

Advise in negotiation of agreements
