Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead end-to-end strategy development for new growth opportunities, including market evaluation, business case creation, and execution planning across geographies and segments. Drive investment prioritization frameworks and support leadership in making data-backed resource allocation decisions. Partner with executive stakeholders to define strategic questions, structure analyses, and deliver clear recommendations that drive alignment and action. Own annual and quarterly strategic planning processes, ensuring priorities are translated into operational and financial plans. Develop and refine analytical frameworks that support build, buy, and partner decisions for new capabilities and growth initiatives. Produce high-quality executive materials for leadership reviews, board discussions, and strategic offsites. Lead cross-functional alignment across product, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure execution of strategic initiatives. Requirements: 10–12+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or high-growth operating roles. Proven track record leading full-cycle growth strategies such as market entry, expansion, partnerships, or new business model development. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to build clear, data-driven investment cases. Experience owning strategic agendas end-to-end and driving execution across multiple stakeholders and teams. Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership without formal authority. Strong problem-solving, structuring, and communication skills, particularly in ambiguous or fast-changing environments. Experience working with AI-enabled tools to enhance strategic analysis and operational efficiency is highly valued.
