Experience developing strategic account plans, Experience translating the COMP360 value proposition into sustainable coverage wins, Experience partnering internally with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Commercial Operations, Experience executing payer strategies with precision, Experience developing and executing account strategies across Medicaid and key Regional (Commercial and Medicare) payers, Experience staying current with dynamic market forces, customer organizational changes, and policy changes at the state and federal level, Experience incorporating market variables into proposed account strategies and tactics, Experience owning strategic and tactical planning and prioritization for assigned payer accounts, Experience profiling key decision-makers including Pharmacy Directors, Medical Directors, Clinical Pharmacy and Finance leads, Experience with US payer landscape, Experience with formulary decision-making processes, Experience with utilization management, Experience with prior authorization design, Ability to translate HEOR and health economic data into compelling value narratives for payer audiences, Hands-on launch experience at a growth-stage, Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, Comfortable building tools and capabilities from scratch, Exceptional stakeholder management, Credibility with external payer accounts, Credibility with internal cross-functional partners, Mission and values-aligned team player, Cross-functional leader, Passionate about expanding access to mental health, Demonstrates Compass' values: Compassion, Boldness, Inclusion, Rigour, Employment rights in the country to which you are applying

Developing strategic account plans that support efforts in translating the COMP360 value proposition into sustainable coverage wins
Partnering internally with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
and Commercial Operations to ensure payer strategies are fully executed with precision

Company introduction: Compass Pathways plc (Nasdaq: CMPS) is a biotechnology company dedicated to accelerating patient access to evidence-based innovation in mental health. The Company is headquartered in London, UK, with offices in New York City in the US. We focus on developing novel treatments that have the potential to improve the lives of those who are suffering with mental health conditions and who are not helped by current treatments. We are pioneering a new paradigm for treating mental health conditions focused on rapid and durable responses through the development of our investigational COMP360 synthetic psilocybin treatment, potentially a first in class treatment. COMP360 has Breakthrough Therapy designation from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and has received Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) designation in the UK for treatment-resistant depression (TRD) due to the pressing unmet need in this area. We are currently in phase 3 for TRD, have completed phase 2 studies for both post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anorexia nervosa and are planning a further late-stage study in PTSD.
