## Accountabilities Lead the strategic finance partnership for Product & Engineering, acting as a key advisor to senior leaders and influencing major business and investment decisions. Own and evolve financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling processes tied to product and engineering initiatives and their business impact. Develop and evaluate business cases for major investments, including ROI, LTV/CAC, payback analysis, and other key unit economic frameworks. Partner with leadership to guide resource allocation, pricing and packaging decisions, and long-term strategic planning using data-driven insights. Define, track, and operationalize KPIs and performance metrics across Product & Engineering to ensure alignment with financial and operational goals. Lead cross-functional collaboration across finance, product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, efficiency, and decision-making quality. Mentor and develop finance team members while contributing to the design of scalable structures and workflows within the function. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification strongly preferred. 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or similar roles in high-growth or public tech companies. At least 5+ years of leadership or team management experience within a finance function. Strong expertise in financial modeling, including bottom-up modeling, unit economics, and SaaS or usage-based business metrics. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, board members, and cross-functional leadership teams through clear communication and storytelling with data.
