What You'll Achieve.
Ensure accuracy of all equity data; Ensure accurate processing, reporting, and disclosure of employee stock transactions; Improve the stock administration function; Automate routine workstreams and paperwork processes to ensure more efficient, accurate, and processing of stock administration matters and reports

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 9 years of stock administration experience, Advanced Excel user (i. e. pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup), Experience with EEO
Nice to Have
CEP designation preferred or willing to complete within 18 months
What You'll Do.
Manage international compliance
Ensure proper taxation is applied to all equity exercises and releases
Ensure regulatory compliance for Section 16 executive and Board members
and tracking of 10b5-1 trading plans
Assist with stock-related disclosures
Conduct various stock analysis
Ensure that all forms of equity compensation are administered following the terms and conditions of the plan(s)
Manage the overall quarterly calendar of various stock administration related activities
Implement educational sessions
and communication materials for the global employee base
Provide a superior level of service
prioritizing and satisfying multiple questions and requests
Assist efforts to improve the stock administration function
Lead system improvement and implementation as needed
Assist with mobility and international reporting compliance from an equity perspective
Assist with the equity program communication and employee education
Participate in the conversion and assumption of equity awards as required with M&A
Process or support bi-annual ESPP purchases and quarterly RSU releases
Participate in the preparation of the annual proxy filing
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with other functional leads (including in Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting and Finance) to develop processes; Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and disclosure of employee stock transactions; Dependable teammate, ready to collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners (ie. Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors)
