The Role This role is at the core of Lumilens’ global FP&A delivery from Singapore, partnering closely with R&D and business leaders to drive financial planning, business partnership, and decision support. As a member of the Singapore leadership team, this leader will also help strengthen financial discipline, scalable planning processes, and operating visibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities - Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysis for the assigned SBU or function. - Partner with business leaders to drive financial discipline, evaluate investments, and track operational KPIs. - Build driver-based financial models across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and capital expenditures. - Lead pricing analysis, customer and product profitability reviews, and unit economics assessments. - Drive Singapore R&D expense planning, tr
