The Role The Director / Sr Director, Controlling is a senior leadership role based in Singapore, responsible for leading the corporate controllership function across APAC. The role owns group consolidation, statutory reporting across entities, internal controls, SOX readiness in support of a future US listing, and the in-country accounting organization across the region. This leader will serve as a key partner to finance, operations, and manufacturing stakeholders, ensuring the company builds a scalable, audit-ready controllership foundation while supporting growth across Singapore, Thailand, and other APAC markets. Key Responsibilities - Own group consolidation, monthly close, and management reporting across all entities. - Lead SOX program design, documentation, and execution for US listing readiness. - Own statutory reporting under SFRS, IFRS, and US GAAP, and manage technical accounting positions. -
