This position helps provide the answer to “Why Mastercard” from product differentiation perspective and ensure flawless delivery of product services to delight customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious about our industry and products, analytical, and possesses a growth mindset. This role is responsible for driving execution of our consumer solutions in Japan; develop and localize solutions and service capabilities through local partnerships, provide knowledge of local market landscape and regulatory implications, develop the go-to-market plans, and identify new revenue or business development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: • Be responsible to manage Japan’s consumer solutions strategy and go-to-market plan. • Leverage in-market expertise to lead the go-to-market strategy of the consumer solutions, product roadmaps, and priorities, cross-product integration, and leverage market insights to differentiate from competitors, where possible. • Partner with the account management and service teams to develop business development plans that identify opportunities and dr
