Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables. This includes accountability for effectively managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a team of world-class Sourcing and Procurement professionals. * Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our client and JLL. * Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, AND meeting account level KPIs and goals. * Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement. * Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities. **Achieves Financial and Compliance Results** * Oversight of annual sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it. This includes an Annual Benchmarking of existing 3rd Party Contractor spend against external data points to help drive decision-making on sourcing plan. * Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk. * Own sourcing compliance and controls, including, but not limited to, Contract an
