Must Have
bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent work experience, 15+ years of increasing experience and responsibility in a solution engineering environment, project management experience, technical visionaries, success in innovating solutions for strategic customers, intellectual curiosity, good listener, willing to adopt new perspectives, build cross-functional relationships, build a strategic plan and deliver expected results on budget and on time, prioritize engagement and support in line with the Division’s strategic focus, explain their vision for a high functioning solution engineering team and how to effectively implement that vision and ensure results, oral and written communication, ability to persuade others to a particular point of view
Nice to Have
master's degree in computer science/engineering or MBA
