Must Have
minimum of 7+ years of professional experience, minimum of 3+ years with direct leadership experience, Experience defining and securing endorsement of complex solutions spanning multiple business units and programs, Experience organizing and managing a team, Capability to facilitate and foster stakeholder relationships, Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Technology, Communications, or other relevant field, high appetite for Technology and AI, comfortable using AI tools to automate repetitive 'busy work'
