What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BA degree or equivalent experience, 12+ overall years of experience developing and leading partner success programs on a global scale, More than 5 years of experience leading a team with demonstrated success in operating efficiently within a complex, matrixed organization, Experience in driving customer success through a partner-led model, A passion for getting things done in a dynamic sales and technology environment, Established skill in delivering insightful direction, approaching challenges strategically, and expressing vision proficiently in both written and oral forms
Nice to Have
Demonstrated capability to collaborate across multiple departments in a complex organizational structure, interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask easily with limited supervision

Develop a framework to measure and drive the readiness success of NVIDIA’s OEM
NCP and CSP community
Ensure our partners have the right training and skills to support their customers
Establish close working relationship with our professional services team to ensure smooth deployments and collaborations with our partners
Collaborate with colleagues on core partner success management efforts
including success priorities
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support key customer success indicators and partner health metrics
Report on these indicators to ensure our partner success initiatives are on track
