Establish close working relationship with our professional services team to ensure smooth deployments and collaborations with our partners

Collaborate with colleagues on core partner success management efforts

including success priorities

Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support key customer success indicators and partner health metrics

Report on these indicators to ensure our partner success initiatives are on track
