What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer and/or solution architect, Experience leading the Lifecycle of multiple concurrent solutions, Proven experience in engineering large-scale web applications end-to-end, Proficient in Cloud Architecture, Services, and Patterns, Hands-on experience with Core AWS services, Proven expertise in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Spring, NodeJS/NestJS, Experience with microservices architecture with REST, Experience with Spring frameworks (or similar), Experience in DevSecOps, Experience with CI/CD automation, Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS), Experience with event-driven and serverless architectures, Experience with API design, Experience with integration patterns, leadership skills, communication skills, influencing skills, Agile development experience
Nice to Have
Deep understanding of life insurance digital ecosystems, Experience in designing, implementing, or maintaining systems that support Term Life Insurance operations, Jenkins Core and GitOps or equivalent experience, Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
