7+ years of experience leading high-performing software teams, Proven track record of leading software development projects, Experience building security, identity, or authentication applications, Technical depth and ability to guide key architectural decisions, Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Experience in leading Agile teams, Exceptional leadership skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Experience partnering your team with off-shore resources, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
