Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world. **What you’ll be doing:** * Lead a team of engineers and leaders building employee-facing products. * Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution. * Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes, enhance user experiences, and develop products and workflows that users love. * Provide strategic direction working closely with senior leaders across NVIDIA * Provide technical leadership strongly advocate for AI-first experiences. **What we need to see:** * A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or a related technical field. * 15+ overall years of experience building software in the tech industry. * 8+ years of experience managing high-performing teams. * Product-first thinking. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. * Strong experience building and leveraging AI agents. * Experience designing distributed systems. **Ways to stand out from the crowd:** * Familiarity with issue tracking and agile delivery products. * Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality release practices. * This should be a dynamic and individualized intro to NVIDIA and summary of the team where the person will be applying * Try to inc
