What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of senior engineering leadership experience, including leading managers and multiple engineering teams, background in infrastructure/platform engineering and production environments at scale, Experience building or leading AI/LLM-based products or intelligent consumer-facing systems, understanding of analytics ecosystems, telemetry, data pipelines, and data-driven product development, Experience working closely with Product and Business stakeholders in fast-moving environments, technical depth combined with excellent execution and organizational leadership skills, Proven ability to lead through growth, organizational change, and scaling challenges, Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively
