Overview The Mastercard Transaction Services (MTS) Compliance Platform Engineering team is responsible for designing, building, and operating shared compliance capabilities for Mastercard’s regulated payment flows. We build reusable services and integration patterns that standardize controls, improve operability and reduce duplicated integrations across products. We are looking for a technically strong engineering leader with deep experience in platform architecture, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven systems, and control automation, who can build scalable, resilient, and auditable compliance capabilities for regulated payment flows.
