About The Role We're looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and grow the team behind the AXS Marketplace, our third-party resale integration that gives fans the ability to purchase inventory for any event they're interested in. The Marketplace sits at the center of how fans find and secure seats, and its reach, reliability, and performance directly shape one of the most important moments in the fan journey. You'll lead a team of highly competent engineers and own the development efforts that power the underlying technology that supports the Marketplace. You'll partner closely with your product counterpart to shape both the direction of the product and the underlying technology that makes it possible; sequencing the work, derisking the hard problems, and making the architectural calls that serve fans and clients at scale.
