Must Have
Minimum 10+ years in software development, 5 years in director-level or equivalent leadership roles leading technical organizations through significant changes, Experience managing multiple technology stacks, platforms, and specialized teams, Proven success with technology transformation initiatives (modernization, tooling, processes, culture), Experience establishing and maintaining business-technology demonstrated success influencing without direct authority, Exposure to Gen AI opportunities, Exposure to DevOps practices
Nice to Have
Banking or highly regulated industry experience, Knowledge of or hands-on experience within Asset Services, Custody domains, or financial services operations (Global Custody, trade settlement, or fund servicing), hands-on experience with DevOps practices
