What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, 12+ years leading large-scale programs/projects in a technology environment, 5+ years managing teams or people leaders, Demonstrated success delivering high-impact programs across software, systems, or semiconductor domains, Proven program management skills in complex embedded systems projects, Leadership & Influence, Program Management Expertise, Strategic & Technical Acumen, Communication, Adaptability & Continuous Improvement
Nice to Have
advanced degree a plus, Professional certification in Project/Program Management (PMP, PgMP, Agile), cross-business collaboration
What You'll Do.
Lead planning and execution of program portfolio
Oversee flagship SDP initiatives
Manage and mentor team of Program Managers
Partner with VBU engineering & business leaders
Implement and refine program management best practices
Champion operational improvements and transformation initiatives
