Director, Skilled Nursing Offices BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and operationally strong Director to lead our St. Cloud Pediatrics (SCP) Skilled nursing office. BAYADA’s Skilled Nursing practice delivers expert, compassionate care for medically fragile children and adults in the home, including clients with complex needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator support, seizure management, and tube feedings. Our offices are supported by strong leadership, clinical mentorship, and BAYADA’s best-in-class home health infrastructure. This Director position is ideal for a proven leader who can successfully manage office operations, build high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and partner across functions to deliver outstanding client service and quality care.
