What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with team management responsibility. Industry savvy with understanding of emerging cyber trends. Experience with sales of security services, consulting, and/or technologies. Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with mid- and executive-level clients. No non-competes that prevent sales interactions with clients in the financial services sector.

Nice to Have

Successful tenure at a top-tier strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman). Experience with information security standards and good practices (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA). Experience in managing P&L responsibility or similar business ownership roles, focused on growth and profitability.

What You'll Do.

Lead the growth of Mastercard’s Cyber business in the UKI Division, acting as the P&L owner.

Drive strategic growth and commercial success, manage a high-performing sales organization, and engage in direct sales.

Build and oversee the GTM operating model, coordinate internal execution across teams, and manage specialist cyber sales, including consulting bundles and referrals.

Identify and address issues, track lead funnel health, and advise on integration risks.
