Who You Are Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) strongly preferred. 8+ years of experience in commercial analytics and insights within the biotech/pharma industry, with demonstrated depth in data analytics, performance reporting, and in-line brand support; rare disease or specialty product experience highly preferred. 2+ years of leadership experience Experience supporting a commercial product through post-launch maturation, including performance tracking, forecast refinement, and commercial optimization in a specialty or rare disease setting. Experience in rare disease data sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy data, claims data, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, CRM systems like Veeva), epidemiology-based forecasting, and stakeholder mapping.
