What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, managed security services, or related technology services, including leadership or practice management responsibility, Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following domains: email security, SASE/security service edge, endpoint security, vulnerability assessment and management tools, SOC/MDR solutions, and secure access or API gateway technologies, business acumen with experience in practice operations, service delivery management, financial oversight, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership, Ability to lead pre-sales activities including client discovery, workshop facilitation, solution positioning, proposal development, and statement of work review, Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations
Nice to Have
CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Relevant vendor certifications from Zscaler, Cloudflare, Microsoft Security, Cisco, Palo Alto, Relevant leading cybersecurity platforms

The Director of Security Practice is responsible for leading the growth, operational excellence, and successful delivery of the organization’s security practice across consulting, professional services, and managed security offerings. This role aligns business objectives, sales strategy, delivery execution, and partner relationships to build a scalable, high-performing security business that meets client needs and revenue goals. Working closely with executive leadership, sales, solution architects, engineers, service delivery teams, and clients, this individual acts as both a business leader and a technical advisor for strategic opportunities.
