Must Have
10+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise technology, 5+ years leading or managing Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering teams, Network Detection & Response (NDR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR), Identity threat detection, Cloud security, SIEM, SOC operations, Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity sales cycles, Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing SE teams, executive presence with ability to engage CISOs and senior security leaders
Nice to Have
Experience working in high-growth cybersecurity startups or scale-ups, Background in security operations, incident response, or threat detection, Familiarity with modern security architectures including SASE, Zero Trust, and XDR ecosystems, Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
