15+ years of professional services, consulting, or technology leadership experience, Proven success delivering Salesforce CRM solutions, Experience advising or working directly with CTOs, CIOs, and senior business stakeholders, background in enterprise architecture, solution design, and systems integration, Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills, Deep understanding of project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
